Our EU wunderkraut with sweet and sour notes that would win the Eurovision song contest

You can’t go wrong with Tassie apples and juniper. We use Willie Smith’s delicious apples and they sour up so well under lacto fermentation. The juniper brings its bling in the form of earthy herbal notes. If ham is your jam then you should try this ma’am.
