This is a new spin on our 2018 version which was a HUGE success. It still has the wonderful acidity of the first batch but is not as hot.
The brine is simply sublime and has lots of uses:
- Sautée fresh greens and add a splash of brine at the end.
- Mix it into a salad dressing as a partial replacement for salt and vinegar.
- OR you could add it to a Bloody Mary to make it extra special!
