Dill-icious, garlicky and crunchy cucumber pickles! No vinegar added; just lacto love and the simplest of ingredients.

Sourcing Certified Organic Tasmanian pickling cucumbers is not easy. They aren’t the same kind of cucumber that you buy to eat fresh. They have a special chemical in them which makes them crunchy when lacto-fermented.

We’re really happy with this batch. Special thanks to the Rocky Top Farm crew for planting these pickling cucumbers at our request.
