Description

A kohlrabi-based version of our best-selling Golden Turmeric Kraut.

It’s got the wonderful zing and depth of our cabbage-based version but the texture is softer without being mushy. The extra sugars in the kohlrabi have made for a stronger souring process. Flavour bomb!
