We’re really happy with this spicy seasonal ferment as it features a combination of amazing produce from some of our best local growers. It’s a medium heat kimchi ferment that’s as juicy as you like and filled with zing.
The incredible vegetal and mineral heat profile of Fat Carrot Farm’s green serrano chillies provide a great foundation for the other spices to interact with. It lingers long on the palate and goes great on a spicy broth or savoury brekkie.
