Green Chilli & Wakame Kimchi Herbaceous and hot!
Description
This guy is one of our more opinionated hot kimchis. The fermentation time is shorter than most due to Wombok being softer than most of our other ferment bases.
As a result the individual flavours are more distinguishable. There’s plenty of heat and salinity. The fermented wakame brings some interesting smokey herbacious notes.
A little bit goes a long way!
