Kohlrabi with Apple, Kale, Lemon & Mustard
Description
We received a scrummy batch of kohlrabi from our druid-friend Jess down Cygnet way and put it to work with some of her magic Red Russian kale.
Into the batch went a small amount of fresh fuji apple from Duggans, and a touch of lemon peel and mustard for spice.
This ferment is mild, lemony, and low acid. A great spring salad friend!
