We’re reallly reallly happy with these kojified preserved seedless lemons. They’re packed full of lemony salty goodness enhanced by the transformative powers of King Koji.

A little goes a long way towards:

  • Fantastifying your lemon cheesecake
  • Turning your hippy Coconut Yoghurt into the best damn vegan sour cream you’ve ever had

Use every last drop while you can! 🍋 🤘

This may look like a moshpit full of neon maggots but in actual fact it's the primordial “lactosludge” left over from the pickle ferment. This stuff is the most amazing recource to put in your meals, or use as a “mother” for future ferments. We hived some off for home consumption and used the rest in a lemon dill sauerkraut.
