Description

Cortido is a sauerkraut-like lacto ferment Latin America.

Our Spring 2018 version has a medium heat and acidity. It packs a lot of flavor thanks to the inclusion of a healthy dose of fresh oregano from our backyard. The potent and fragrant oils in the oregano have really taken the flavor profile to some wonderful places. It’s spicy, punchy, earthy, and calls out for your best taco recipe!
