Ruby Carrot Kimchi Crimson ramen friend
Description
We’re really happy with this Kimchi. It’s been fermented for 8 wintertime weeks. The relatively low temperature and long ferment time has created a platform for all the flavours to come together.
It has medium acidity and saltiness. The inclusion of leek in this one has worked wonders with our old pal ginger.
It’s got lots of zing without being too much of a face melter.
