It was late Summer. Sejong the Great meandered through the golden hills of the Coal River Valley. In the dry creek beds Wild Fennel thrived in great abundance. He tasted the still-green seeds and enjoyed the sensation. Accordingly, he put some in a kimchi, as all great sages would.

It’s is the “Bitches Brew” of Kimchi. A jazz fusion ensemble of players combine to take your tongue on a wild ride.
